Services Provided:

The DJ agrees to provide the following services for the Client's wedding:

1. Music selection and DJ services for the duration of the event.
2. Sound system setup and operation.
3. MC services as needed.
4. Coordination with event planners, venue staff, and other vendors.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the DJ the total fee as specified in the attached invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit shall be forfeited to the DJ as compensation for holding the date. If cancellation occurs less than one week before the event, the Client agrees to pay the DJ the full amount specified in the invoice.

Performance Agreement:

1. The DJ agrees to arrive at the venue at least two hours prior to the start of the event for setup and sound check.
2. The DJ agrees to dress appropriately for the occasion.
3. The DJ will play music agreed upon with the Client in advance, and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate song requests during the event.
4. The DJ reserves the right to take breaks as needed, but will ensure continuous music coverage during the agreed-upon performance time.
5. The Client agrees to provide the DJ with a safe and suitable space for setup and performance, as well as access to electrical outlets.
6. The DJ will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties beyond their control, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions.

Liability:

The DJ shall not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred by the Client or guests during the event, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
